Kevin P. Walsh has been involved in real property valuation services since 2003. Mr. Walsh has spent his career as an independent fee appraiser for local real estate valuation companies, start-up valuation services firms, and full-service national real estate companies. Mr. Walsh has gained a wide range of experience working cooperatively with clients on commercial, residential and vacant land product types, at varying stages of development. He has in depth knowledge of appraisal methodology, economic theory, research & analysis, financial analysis, land use planning & development, market and highest & best use studies, and investment analysis. Mr. Walsh co-founded Core Valuation Group, LLC in 2012 to serve his clients on a more personal and direct level.
